It was one of those random days; I woke up late and I had a 9 a.m. meeting with some consulting agency in town. To spare myself from running late I didn’t have breakfast, luckily the traffic wasn’t that bad so I was there on time and thank God in less than an hour I was done and heading home.
On my way, I decided to treat myself to:-
The light bulb in my brain lit with the idea of making a smoothie instead with the above ingredients. I mean I always find drinking fruits more pleasing than munching them, so why not!?
Anyway, here’s how to make a Strawberry + Banana+ Avocado Smoothie
- Handful of strawberry
- 1 banana
- 1/2 an avocado
- A glass of milk
- Ice cubes
Steps To Take
After washing and cutting your fruits to cubes and your blender is set
- Put all the fruits in the blender
- Add sugar
- Pour in the milk and blend the ingredient till they soften
- Add a glass of Ice cubes to the blended mix and blend it again to crush the ice cubes
And Voila, your smoothie is ready to taste. It is easy to make, healthy and tastes amazing!
